Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the treatment method which does not generate byproducts which are difficult to be treated at the time of removing the COD in the sewage leaching from refuse.

CONSTITUTION: After the sewage 6 is subjected to a decarbonation treatment 1, hydrogen peroxide 10 is added thereto and the sewage is subjected to diffusion 3 of ozone-contg. gas 11 and irradiation with UV rays 5, by which org. matter is oxidation decomposed in the method of removing the COD by purifying the sewage leaching from refuse landfill.
