Abstract:

To provide a new compound having also antiinflammatory action in addition to antihistamic action.

The present invention provides a salt of a compound represented by general formula (I) which is an urasil derivative having a substituted piperidine or piperazine through a spacer from a phenyl group at first position of 1-phenyl-2, 4(1H, 3H)-pyrimidinedione skeleton and pharmaceutical applications thereof. Concrete one example of the compound represented by general formula (I) is 6-amino-1-[4-[3-[4-(diphenylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl]pyropyl]aminocarbonylphenyl]-3-methyluracyl.
