PURPOSE: To reduce the traffic time required to go to the center of the Metropolis by constructing runways while eliminating the defect of being narrow of a mountain district for ensuring the transportation of aircraft fuel, and also by utilizing a lifting-force-utilizing type cable car, an escalator, or the like.
CONSTITUTION: By utilizing retaining walls L, L and masonry walls, or the like, runways B are constructed in a mountain district A. In a river, valley, or the like which cannot be used for the other purposes, concrete foundations F, F are installed, on which steelwork pillars D are fixed, and on the upper part thereof, cables C are fixed for traveling a lifting-force-utilizing type cable car E. Further, oil transport pipes G are fitted to the steelwork pillars D for ensuring the transportation of aircraft fuel. And air crafts are landed on the runways B, and passengers are transported by the cable car E via an escalator T, and the aircrafts are changed their directions by a switching device K for carrying out takeoff.
