Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compound having excellent lasting release performance useful for treatment of Raynaud's disease, scleroderma, acrocyanosis or the like.
CONSTITUTION: This compound of formula [Alk is cathion derived from natural or synthetic alkaloid (derivative) which is medically active; PA is anion derived from phosphatidic acid or the like; x/y is 2/1-1/2], e.g. ethylapobincaminatedipalmitoylglycerylphosphatidate is obtained by reacting alkaloid (derivative) with posphatidic acid in solvent such as halogenated hydrocarbon.
