Abstract:
To obtain a new anthracene compound for giving an organic EL (electroluminescent) element having high emission efficiency, long life and practical heat resistance, and to provide the organic EL element by using the compound as an organic material.
The new anthracene compound is expressed by formula (1). The organic EL element uses the compound as the organic material.
