Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject antiallergic agent comprising 6-(3- dimethylaminopropionyl)forskolin as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: The objective preventing or therapeutic agent for various allergic diseases such as allergic dermatopathy, allergic rhinitis or allergic conjunctivitis comprises 6-(3-dimethylaminopropionyl)forskolin expressed by the formula as an active ingredient. The daily dose of the compound which is the active ingredient is within the range of 0.001-30mg/kg in the case of parenteral administration and 0.003-3000mg/kg in the case of oral administration.
