Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compound suitable for coloring high molecular organic material, etc., which take on (greenish) yellow, purple, (brown) orange color, red and have excellent heat resistance and light resistance.
CONSTITUTION: This compound expressed by formula I (R is H, formula II; M1 and M2 are each alkali (alkaline earth) metals, aluminum, or the like; (n) is 1 to 3; X1 and X2 are each -N=, =CH=; Q1 and Q2 are each a compound of formula III (Q3 is O, S, or NH; Q4 is O, or NH; R5 is H, a 1-12C alkyl or the like), or the like]. An example is a compound of formula IV is obtained by diazotizing a compound of formula V and coupling with a compound of formula VI, for example.
