To provide a new carbapenem compound having an antimicrobial activity.
This compound is represented by formula (I) [wherein, R1 denotes hydrogen atom or methyl group; R2 denotes hydrogen atom or a protecting group of hydroxy group; R3 denotes hydrogen atom or a protecting group of carboxy group; R4 denotes hydrogen atom, a protecting group of amino group or a lower alkyl group; X is NH or a single bond; R50, R60 and R70 are each the same or different and denote each hydrogen atom, a protecting group of amino group or formimidoyl group, acetimidoyl group, amidino group, a lower alkanoyl group, a lower alkoxycarbonyl group, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group or an aralkyl group which may be substituted or Ca, R50 and R60, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, denote a heterocyclic group represented by formula (II) (wherein, m is an integer of 1-3); and R70 denotes hydrogen atom, a protecting group of amino group or the like] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
