Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a multi-color or multi-material integrally molded article by a low-cost device in a short molding cycle time with a high degree of freedom of article design.
CONSTITUTION: A molding machine in use is provided with a plurality of molding material loading devices. Molds 11, 12 in use are provided with a plurality of required molding spaces respectively connected to said two or more molding material loading devices. By closing the molds 11, 12, one or more partially finished articles 2 and a finished article are simultaneously molded. After that, by opening the molds 11,12, the finished article is removed out of the molds, and each of the partially finished articles 2 is moved in position in the next molding space of the same mold without moving the molds 11, 12. After that, a molding process is successively repeated.
