Abstract:
To provide a new composition and process for detection, quantification and amplification of an analyte.
The composition and process are obtained by usefully incorporating a nucleic acid array and a library of the analyte. Universal detection elements, signaling entities, etc., are employed to detect the analyte and, if necessary or desirable, to further quantify the analyte. The amplification of the target analyte is also provided by the composition and process.
