To obtain a new crystal of chlorogallium-tetra-2,3-pyrazinoporphyrazine excellent in light sensitivity and durability as a photoconductive material, the photoconductive material made of the crystal and an electrophotographic photoreceptor using these materials.
A crystal of chlorogallium-tetra-2,3-pyrazinoporphyrazine selected from a crystal having no distinct diffraction peaks in the range of 5° to 40° of a Bragg angle (2θ±2°) in a X-ray diffraction spectrum against CuK α-ray, a crystal having main diffraction peaks at least at 9.2°, 11.1°, 14.3°, 17.1° and 26.9°, a crystal having a main diffraction peak at least at 28.12° and a crystal having a main diffraction peak at least at 27.2°. A photoconductive material made of the crystal and an electrophotographic photoreceptor using these materials are also provided in the present invention.
