Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the subject polymer excellent in electronic conductivity, strengths, etc., by constituting it from ethylenic repeating units each having a specified electronically conductive part as repeating units in the side chain and ethylenic repeating units each having repeating oxyalkylene group units in the side chain. CONSTITUTION:This electronically conductive polymer has ethylenic repeating units each having an electronically conductive part comprising at least either an aniline compound or a heterocyclic compound as repeating units in the side chain (e.g. formula I or II). This polymer further has ethylenic repeating units each having repeating oxyalkylene group units in the side chain (e.g. formula III or IV). By laminating this electronically conductive polymer with a solid-state polyelectrolyte (e.g. a combination of polyacrylonitrile with a salt), a conductive material which has excellent electric conductivity and can give an electronic device of a quick response can be produced.
