Abstract:
To provide a prostaglandin derivative useful as a treating agent or the like for glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
The 15-deoxy-15,15-difluoroprostaglandin derivative or its salt is expressed by the formula (1), wherein, A is an ethylene group or the like; X is CH2 or the like; R and Q are each -CO-, -CH(OH)-, -CH2- or -CH(OR2)- (wherein, R2 is a group selected from an alkyl, an alkenyl, an alkynyl, a cycloalkyl, a cycloalkenyl and an aralkyl), and either of R and Q is -CH(OR2)-; R1 is an alkyl or the like; Z is -OR3 or the like; and the part where a solid line and a broken line are overlapped is a trans-double bond or the like.
