Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a compound economically excellent, obtainable in a simple method and in high yield and useful as a producing raw material of a medicine and expressed by a specific formula.
CONSTITUTION: This compound is expressed by formula I. For instance, the compound may be obtained by reacting (A) (i) fluorinated benzo-1,4-dioxenes expressed by formula II (X is H, Cl or F) or (ii) fluorinated mononitrobenzo-1,4- dioxenes with (B) an acid mixture of a nitration agent prepared from (iii) 1 pt.wt. of at least 96 wt.% purity of nitric acid and (iv) 6-20 pts.wt. of sulfuric acid containing 10-65 wt.% of SO3 in the presence of an inert solvent at 20-100°C and resultant fluorinated O-dinitrobenzo-1,4-dioxenes are subjected to a reducing reaction by a catalytic hydrogenation reaction in the presence of Raney nickel, under a hydrogen pressure of 10-100 bar in the presence of a solvent at 20-80°C.
