Abstract:

To provide a method for the cloning of a human gene participating in the control of a signal transduction system through an MAP kinase relating to the proliferation and differentiation of a cell corresponding to an extracellular signal.

The invention relates to a human gene having an MAP kinase activity suppressing action, a gene expression product of the gene, a recombinant expression vector containing the gene inserted in the vector, a host cell having the recombinant expression vector containing the gene, a gene expression product, an antibody bondable to partial fragments of the above substances, etc.
