Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide concanamycin D, E and G hopeful as active ingredients for new medicines for arteriosclerosis.
CONSTITUTION: Concanamycin-productive bacteria belonging to Streptomyces are cultured to accumulate concanamycin D, E and G in the culture solution followed by collecting the concanamycin D, E and G from the solution and then purifying them, thus obtaining the objective concanamycin D, E and G.
