Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide new compounds useful as lubricants and stabilizer, exhibiting excellent stabilizing activity and being produced economically and easily in an industrial scale.
CONSTITUTION: By reacting a perchlorophosphazene with a base-pretreatment product of R-Q-H, a cyclic or a linear compound of formula I {wherein (n) is 0 when cyclic, or 1 when linear; (m) is 3 to 7; A is selected from a group of R-Q- [wherein Q is a divalent group selected from O, S, NR1 (wherein R1 is hydrogen or 1-4C alkyl), NH-NH; R is (substd) 6-12C aryl] or a group of Rf-CH2O(CH2CH2O)s[wherein (s) is 0, 1 or 2; Rf is perfluoropolyether chain having mol.wt. of 400 to 10,000 and comprising repeating units such as a unit of formula II (wherein X is F or CF3)] or the like}, which is preferably a cyclic compound (n=0) with (m) of 3 or 4 having a molar ratio of the group of Rf-CH2 O(CH2CH2O)s to the group R-Q- in a 0.5 to 1, is provided.
