To obtain a new polypeptide and DNA thereof.
This invention relates to a new polypeptide characterized by having an analgesic peptide-like structure, its salts, or the like. The protein (polypeptide) of this invention, its peptide fragments or salts thereof and DNA encoding the protein, and the like, are usable in acquiring an antibody and an antiserum, constructing an expression system for the protein (polypeptide) and screening of a candidate compound for a drug by using the expression system.
