To provide a new polypeptide produced by human pro-B cells, to provide a method for producing the same, and the like.
A monoclonal antibody against Stromal Derived Factor-1β (SDF-1β) produced by human pro-B cells. The human SDF-1 produced and secreted in pro-B cells and monoclonal antibody thereagainst may be used for medicines for preventing or treating diseases relating to undergrown or abnormal proliferation of hematopoietic cells, neuronal enhancement or depression, immunological enhancement and depression, or for tissue repair and the like.
