There is provided a composition which is an important composition comprising a nucleic acid component producing a non-natural nucleic acid product when present in a prokaryotic cell or a eukaryotic cell. In the composition, the non-natural nucleic acid product comprises a portion of a localizing entity (i), and a nucleic acid sequence of interest (ii).
