To provide a physiologically active protein useful for searching and developing a remedy for disease accompanied with hematopoietic abnormality, to provide a nucleic acid encoding the protein, to provide an antibody recognizing the protein, to provide a method for utilizing the same, to provide a promotor of a gene encoding the protein, to provide a condition-specific gene expression system utilizing the promotor, and to provide a screening system of a pharmaceutical.
The new protein having hematopoiesis, the gene encoding the protein, a recombinant vector containing the gene, a cell transformed by the recombinant vector, and a method for isolating the promotor which controls gene expression of the new protein having the hematopoiesis and determining a sequence of the promotor are provided, respectively. Further, the recombinant vector containing the promotor, a cell transformed by the vector, and a screening method comprising utilizing the cell are provided, respectively.
