To obtain a reclaimable and reusable raw material by crushing, pulverizing and mixing (melting) a waste thermoplastic resin and a waste urethane foam and forming the mixture with a molding machine.

A melted mixture is produced by mixing (A) 20-99wt.% of a crushed and pulverized waste thermoplastic resin with (B) 1-80wt.% of a crushed and pulverized waste urethane foam and melting the obtained mixture by a volume-reducing machine. The crushed mixture may be produced from a melted waste thermoplastic resin. Waste materials can be reclaimed and reused to form various molded articles in place of incinerating or land-filling the waste.
