Abstract:
To provide a powder decomposed product having a high DE value and a high viscosity, and high transparency.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by decomposed starch satisfying the following numeric values of (A) to (C): (A) a DE value of more than 18 and 27 or less, (B) a viscosity of a 30 mass% aqueous solution at 30°C being 50-250 mPa s, (C) and a turbidity of the 30 mass% aqueous solution after stored at 4°C for 3 days being 1.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
