In one embodiment, the keyboard (100) is provided with a print circuit board (103), a plurality of keys (101) arranged on the print circuit board, and a controller for detecting the state of a key and outputting a scan code, wherein at least a portion of the plurality of keys includes switches and upright parts (102) standing up from the top of the switches. In the keyboard (100), the keys are configured so as to be switched on according to a force applied to a direction parallel to the surface of the print circuit board (103) or more upward than the surface of the print circuit board with respect to the upright parts (102).
