Abstract:
To obtain a new additive for a lubricant oil with which a lubricant oil composition having an improved base number is prepared without damaging the performance of an exhaust gas-treating device such as a PM (particulate exhaust materials) trap and an oxidation catalyst, and to provide the additive composition for the lubricant oil, and the lubricant oil composition containing them formulated therewith.
The succinamide compound represented by formulas (1), (2) or (3) (wherein, R1 is a 6-30C alkenyl group or alkyl group; (n) is an integer of 0-3; and A is an amino group or an N-piperazyl group), or a boride thereof is provided. The application thereof is also provided.
