Abstract:
To perform the isolation and structural analysis of a protein which is a new binding partner of a member of syntaxin family localizing at a cellular material membrane associated with vesicular transportation in a cell, and provide an amino acid sequence of the protein and a DNA encoding the same.
This protein having a human-originated specific amino acid sequence has amino acid sequences including the substitution, loss, insertion or transfer of one or in plurality of amino acids in the amino acid sequence, and has a binding function with syntaxin-3.
