Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute thread rolling of both large diameter screw thread part and small diameter screw thread part in one process.
CONSTITUTION: A large diameter screw thread part is made by (a) part and is moved to (c) part, by hollowing out the part which is brought into contact with a large diameter part, force is not applied to a large diameter part. By protruding (b) part so that a small diameter screw thread part is brought into contact with (b), a small diameter part is form rolled.
