To provide an environment-friendly newspaper packaging bag employing a naturally degradable resin, whose unit price is inexpensive than that of a biodegradable resin bag and which is more suitable for delivery of a single copy.

The newspaper packaging bag is obtained by putting newspapers for single delivery into a packaging bag formed to be a thin bag form using the naturally degradable resin comprising an oxidative degradation agent of an olefin-based resin added to a polyolefin-based resin, to be delivered to each destination of the delivery. The oxidative degradation agent of the olefin-based resin contains, at least, a direct decomposing component such as an organic material, an auto-oxidation agent including a higher fatty acid such as an unsaturated fatty acid for causing optic and oxidative reaction, and a polymer for binding the components for improving dispersion, moldability and decomposability.
