Abstract:
To provide newspaper rolling paper without causing wrinkles, when performing offset printing on newspaper paper, particularly, neutral newspaper paper, without deforming a paper tube itself before and after winding the newspaper paper on the paper tube.
This newspaper rolling paper is provided by winding the newspaper paper on the paper tube. The newspaper rolling paper is characterized in that the paper tube is composed of paper tube base paper having the thickness of 0.3 mm-1.0 mm, and a winding frequency of the paper tube base paper and a liner is 20 times or more, and its moisture is 7%-9%, and the newspaper paper is wound on the paper tube.
