Abstract:
To provide a Newton ring preventing sheet excellent in Newton ring preventing properties and hard to cause sparkles even when used in a touch panel using a highly detailed color display, and the touch panel using the same.
The Newton ring preventing sheet 1 is constituted so that a Newton ring preventing layer 3 formed of an ionizing radiation-curable organic/inorganic hybrid resin (binder component 32) and fine particles 31 is provided on one side of a transparent support 2 and preferably characterized in that the average particle size of fine particles 31 is 0.5-3.0 μm, the coefficient of variation of a particle size distribution is 20-80% and the thickness of the Newton ring preventing layer 3 is 0.2-3.5 μm.
