Abstract:

PURPOSE: To inexpensively obtain a surface-treated aluminum sheet on which a zinc phosphate film is easily deposited and having an excellent zinc phosphating property by plating the aluminum sheet surface with Ni in a specified coating weight.

CONSTITUTION: This aluminum sheet is formed by plating the surface of an aluminum sheet or aluminum alloy sheet with Ni of 1-1000mg/m2. An Ni alloy plating as well as an Ni plating is formed in this case, and an Ni-P or Ni-B plating is appropriately formed. Zinc phosphate is not sufficiently deposited at <1mg/m2 Ni coating weight, and the workability is deteriorated at >1000mg/m2 Ni coating weight. Any plating method can be applied in this case.
