Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an Ni welding material for hard facing having excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance and good weldability by specifying essential components and the components of impurities.
CONSTITUTION: This Ni welding material for hard facing contains, by weight %, 1.5W3% C, 0.5W2% Si, 5W15% Mo, 25W35% Cr, 0.001W0.02% Al, and/or 0.003W0.05% Ti, ≤0.05% Al+Ti, and 0.5W5% Fe as the essential component. The material is controlled to ≤0.1% Mn, ≤0.05% P, ≤0.05% S, ≤0.05% O2, ≤0.1% M2 and ≤0.005% H2 as the impurities and consists of the balance Ni and other unavoidable impurities.
