Abstract:

To provide an Ni-based alloy tube in which occurrence of transverse cutting caused by hot extrusion working is restrained.

The Ni-based alloy tube is composed of, by mass%, ≤0.040% C, 14-17% Cr, 6-10% Fe, 1-3% Nb, ≤0.50% Al, ≤0.5% Si, ≤1.0% Mn, ≤0.30% Ti and the balance Ni with impurities, and P, S, O and N contents as the impurities, are limited to ≤0.030% P, ≤0.015% S, ≤0.010% O and ≤0.0040% N respectively.
