To solve the problem of the conventional nipper for removing foreign matter clogging a flush toilet, wherein it is difficult for the nipper to smoothly advance to the deepest part in a winding pipeline such as a U-shaped pipe.
Three or more arms are provided at the tip of the nipper for removing foreign matter clog in the flush toilet, and the tips of the arms are bent to increase the holding force to the foreign matter when the arms are closed. A guide material is fitted to the bent parts of the three or more arms, whereby the nipper can be smoothly advanced in the flush toilet pipeline. In the three or more arms, the opening force is always worked by an elastic body to be taken as route guide force at the time of advancing in the winding pipeline, thereby further smoothing the advance in the pipeline.
