Abstract:

To provide a nitride phosphor having an emission spectrum that includes much red components on a longer wave-side.SOLUTION: A nitride phosphor has a composition expressed by formula (I) below, in which a ratio of a first red component value being an integral value of emission intensity in the wavelength range of 620nm or more and less than 700nm to the total component value being an integral value of emission intensity in the wavelength range of 500nm or more and 830nm or less is 0.5 or more and 0.63 or less, and a ratio of a second red component value being an integral value of emission intensity in the wavelength range of 700nm or more and 780nm or less to the total component value is 0.27 or more and 0.37 or less. In the formula (I) below, s, t, u, v, w and x fulfill 0.82≤s≤0.905, 0≤t≤0.04, 0.017≤u≤0.042, 0.89≤s+t+u≤0.922, 0.8≤v≤1.2, 0.8≤w≤1.2, 1.8≤v+w≤2.2, 2.5≤x≤3.2.
