Abstract:
To provide a nitriding heat treatment apparatus capable of suppressing variation in ammonia concentration in a furnace, lowering variation in a surface hardness of an object, and suppressing occurrence of a void.SOLUTION: A nitriding heat treatment apparatus 10 includes multiple inlet valves 11 for supplying ammonia, a fan 12 rotating in one direction and stirring ammonia inside a furnace 10a of an own device 10, and a control unit for stopping or reducing a supply of ammonia by determining that a revolution of the fan 12 is a predetermined revolution kh or less when an operation current for operating the fun 12 is lower than a predetermined current Ih.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
