To satisfy distinct standards with respect to removal ratios of nitrogen and organic compounds in nitrile wastewater treatment method.
This method is a method for treating the nitrile wastewater generated when acrylonitrile or metacrylonitrile is produced by an ammoxidation reaction. In the nitrile wastewater treatment method, pretreated nitrile wastewater is treated with a reverse osmosis membrane 5, and the obtained filtrate is further treated by a biological treatment device 7.
