Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new nitroenamine derivative having disease and pest control function and effective as insecticide.
CONSTITUTION: The objective compound of formula I, for example, 1- methylamino-1-[N-(6-chloro pyrid-3-ylmethyl)-N-methyl}-2-nitro-3-hydroxy-4,4,4- trichloro but-1-en, is obtained by allowing 1,1-diamino-2-nitroethyl derivative of formula II to react with haloacetaldehyde of formula III at 0-120°C is solvent (for example, dichloromethane). In formula I, R1 is H, 1-6C alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, etc.; R2 is H, 1-6C alkyl; R3 is H, 1-6C alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl; R4 is H, 1-6C alkyl, -CH2-B (B is phenyl, 3-pyridyl, etc.), etc.; X is H, 1-6C haloalkyl; Y, Z are each halogen; A is aromatic, heterocyclic, etc.
