Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NOx occlusion material having sufficient NOx adsorption ability even in a low temperature area.SOLUTION: An NOx occlusion material comprises a complex oxide comprising titanium (Ti), cerium (Ce) and copper (Cu) as a solid solution, wherein, the content of Cu is 0.1 mol%-5 mol% relative to (Ti+Ce) 1 mole. A catalyst for exhaust gas purification comprises a carrier, a metal catalyst carried on the carrier, and the NOx occlusion material carried on the carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
