Abstract:
To provide a wash-free corn production apparatus capable of producing high-quality wash-free corns by evenly feeding a drying air onto corns.SOLUTION: An objective wash-free corn production apparatus comprises: a milling part 3 water-milling corns by blending water and agitating; a centrifugal dehydration part 5 dehydrating a corn/water mixture fed from the milling part 3 by a dehydration screw 20 provided in a dehydration cylinder 18; a conditioning/drying part 6 completing the corns fed from the centrifugal dehydration part 5 to wash-free corns by a drying air. The dehydration part 5 is communicated with the conditioning/drying part 6 via a downflow watershoot 31, and a craping-out blade 30 for conveying the dehydrated rice grains after centrifugal dehydration in the conditioning/drying part 6 by making collide against the inner face of the above watershoot is pivotally attached to the lower end of the dehydration part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
