Abstract:
To provide a no-wash rice production device which enables improvement of rice washing effect to improve the quality of no-wash rice.SOLUTION: A no-wash rice production device 1 includes at least a rice polishing part 3 which mixes rice grains with water and stirs the rice grains with the water to perform rice polishing in water. The rice polishing part 3 is formed by a first water addition transport part, a first rice washing part, a suction and dehydration part, a second water addition transport part, and a second rice washing part arranged from the upstream side of the rice polishing part 3.
