When power is supplied and surge noise voltage larger than the rated voltage is applied to the conductor 12 of the power supply duct 10, a part of its energy is earthed, being returned to the side of power source through the varistor element 6 between the coupling conductive parts 3 of a noise absorber 1 for power supply duct, and further other energy is earthed through the varistor elements 6 of the coupling conductive part 3 and the earth coupling conductive part 4.
