Approximately semi-tubular vessel-like covers 2A, 2B support ferrites inside to absorb the noise and are fixed to a cable. To one end face of each cover in its axial direction is fixed one end face of both ends 41 of each of cable holding pieces 4 in the diameter direction. The pieces 4 have middles 42 protrudent in openings 32 formed as U-shaped parts with the openings 32 faced in the inner diameter direction and the bottoms extruding in the outline direction. The holding pieces 4 elastically deform on the whole inteh outline direction and the U-shaped parts elastically deform so as to expand opposed widths according to the diameter of the cable 5.
