To provide a noise absorbing component, which is simple in its attachment to a signal conductor and its detachment from the signal conductor and is low in cost.
A noise absorbing component is constituted in a structure that a cylindrical core 10 is formed of a ferrite material and has a signal conductor insertion hole 10a. A signal conductor holding member 6 is integrally molded with a flexible resin and is bonded to the end part of the core 10. The member 6 has a base stand 11 having a hole 11a for a signal conductor, a stopping part 18 for suppressing the signal conductor and engaging parts 31a to 31d for engaging a rod-shaped part 17 of the stopping part 18. The signal conductor is inserted in the holes 10a and 11a and the rod-shaped part 17 of the stopping part 18 is engaged with the parts 31a to 31d. Hereby, the noise absorbing component 1 is attached to the signal conductor.
