To provide a thin, light, wide-band, and low-priced electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet which solves the points, in which a conventional electromagnetic absorbing sheet is used along with a metal foil which being thick, heavy, and not effective against noises of a few tens to a few hundreds of MHz.

This electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet has one or more magnetic body layers, which are disposed so as to mutually parallel or intersect a soft magnetic alloy strip, and one or more insulator layers, and these layers are stacked alternately. Furthermore, the thickness of the soft magnetic alloy strip is 1/10 to 10 times the depth of membrane.
