PURPOSE: To improve a transmission characteristic simulation correcting means to transmit a canceling sound in a space up to a cancel point in a noise control device.
CONSTITUTION: A transmission characteristic simulation correcting part 5 to correct a control signal related to a noise on the basis of equalization data to simulate a transmission characteristic of a cancel sound up to a cancel point from an actuator position when the cancel sound is formed and a nonvolatile memory 7 to store the equalization data to simulate the transmission characteristic of the cancel sound, are arranged in a noise control device having an actuator to output the cancel sound formed on the basis of a control signal released to the noise and a microphone to detect an error signal at the cancel point of the noise. A correcting part 11 corrects the equalization data to be stored in the nonvolatile memory 7 according to a demand, and sets it in the transmission characteristic simulation correcting part 5. A correction data storage part 12 stores correction data to correct the equalization data by the correcting part 11. A switch 13 demands optional correction of the correcting part 11 from an external part.
