PURPOSE: To reduce mounting area and cost of a noise eliminating filter, by connecting the external electrode of the through-type capacitor of a filter unit to part of an earth frame and molding the unit and frame leaving the front end part of a through-terminal and earth terminal unmolded.

CONSTITUTION: A filter unit 25 is constituted by arranging through-type capacitors (C) 22 and 23 to both sides of cylindrical ferrite beads 21 and putting plate- like through-terminals 24 having a fixed width through the beads 21 and Cs 22 and 23. The inner electrode of the Cs 22 and 23 is soldered to the terminals 24. On the other hand, an earth frame 26 is formed by blanking a metallic plate and earth terminal plates 26a, 26a,∼ arranged at almost regular intervals are coupled with each other by connecting sections 26b, 26b,∼ intersecting the terminal plates 26a, 26a,∼ at almost right angles. Outer electrodes 22b and 23b of the Cs 22 and 23 are soldered to recessed parts 26c, 26c,∼ of the connecting sections 26b, 26b,∼. The plural units 25 and frames 26 are molded by a resin mold 27 leaving the front end part of the terminal 24 and 26a unmolded. Therefore, the mounting area and cost of this noise eliminating filter can be reduced.
