PURPOSE: To simplify the manufacturing process and to decrease the cost by incorporating a capacitor into the inside of a block form ferrite through which both legs of a through-terminal are curved in U-form in a noise eliminating filter utilizing an inductance of the ferrite.

CONSTITUTION: A chip-form ceramic capacitor 13 is mounted in a capacitor mounting hole 15 of the ferrite 11, an electrode 13a and a connecting part 12c of the through-terminal 12 whose both legs 12a, 12b are inserted to the through- holes 11a, 11b of the ferrite 11 respectively are bonded electrically near a face S1 of the ferrite 11, and further other electrode 13b of the ceramic capacitor 13 and a head 14a of an earth terminal 14 are bonded so as to be connected electrically. Thus, the ferrite 11 acts like an inductance to both legs 12a and 12b and also like a case of the ceramic capacitor 13 so that resin coating or the like for coating the ceramic capacitor 13 is not required.
