Abstract:
To enable the noise evaluation of an overhead power transmission facility to be performed with high accuracy and quickly while reducing a processing load.SOLUTION: A noise evaluation device 2 is constituted by including: a spot sound acquisition unit 22a for acquiring, as a spot-measured spectrum, the frequency spectrum of a sound obtained by frequency-analyzing the measurement result of a sound in the surrounding environment of an overhead power transmission facility having a power transmission line; a dark noise estimation unit 22b for extracting the feature quantity of a prescribed frequency band that constitutes a portion of the spot-measured spectrum and estimating, from the feature quantity, a dark noise spectrum that is the frequency spectrum of dark noise in the surrounding environment; and a dominant amount calculation unit 22c for calculating a dominant amount in the spot-measured spectrum on the basis of a difference between the spot-measured spectrum and the dark noise spectrum, and defining the dominant amount as an index to the noise evaluation of the overhead power transmission facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
