To provide a noise filter with excellent thermal conductivity for radiating heat accumulated in filter promptly and keeping filter characteristics thereby and for making the body small by constituting the filter circuit using a radiating member and reducing generated noises effectively.

In the noise filter 1, electrode plates 12A, 12B are formed through an insulating layer on both faces of a carbonaceous board 10 functioning as a ground terminal. A through hole 13 is formed in the carbonaceous board 10. A coil member 14 is embedded in the through hole 13 and electrode plates 12A, 12B are connected thereto. The coil member 14 and an inner circumferential face 131 of the through hole are insulated. In parallel with the coil member 14, electrode plates 12A, 12B, the carbonaceous board 10 form a capacitor so that an equivalent circuit of πtype filter is constituted.
